at least you weren't standing at a over crowded united kiosk service desk waiting for a magical "agent" that didn't seem to exist for 1.5hrs...just to finally end up on two standby flights during a snow storm....yeah that is what I was doing on that exact day (21st)....isn't traveling great and certainly VERY glamourous! Gotta love it!
